Disclaimer*
I hold the right to refund your payment, up to half of your original payment will be refunded if need be. Conditions of refunds only result in my late/ inability to deliver your commission within (3) weeks. I may also refund you if the commissionee treats me poorly and with no respect. I've been getting some questions about request.  Lemme just reiterate the details bout them ight?

*Request are  ALWAYS open!
*They only go as far as sketch detail unless i wanna color it cause i really like it.
*Request can only be made if the questionee follows the Handcom Blog.
*All request/questions must be sent to Handcom. Those not sent there will not be accepted.
*Please give me a ref unless you sent a ref of the same person before hand! I save'em.
